ADVERTISING CONTRACT for 2009

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:  

                Skyhawks Park would like to provide your business with an advertising / sponsorship opportunity for 2009. In 2008 we played 5300 hours of sports activities at Park.  We had approximately 375,000 fans and players go through the Park.
The initial cost on reverse side of the flyer, allows your business to pick additional advertising if you wish. Thank you for your support in the past.
If you pick a fence sign, we will have you design the sign banner, using up to three different colors. This sign will be installed by our staff and hung at the park for a period of one year. Each January you will have the option of renewing the sign or have the sign returned to you. If neither option is exercised by February, the sign will be removed.
All forms of advertising will require camera ready art work.

A down payment of 50% is due at order time with signed contract. Make check payable to Skyhawks Park. An invoice will be mailed directly to your place of business for the balance.

We would prefer all banners be made through local sign makers in Olympia area and hopefully through one of our other sponsors.
